I wanna sleep

There was a huge thunderstorm last night, bright lighting was just outside our windows, not to mention the huge noise of the thunder. Aussie was terrified. She sat still under the desk, couldn't sleep or rest, I could see her fears through her eyes and ears. I patted her sleep then she could finally get some rest on her pillow and blanket. This is taken in the morning, she is exhausted, but eventually she feels a little bit peaceful.

原本要讓Aussie穿上老虎裝,但是找遍五分埔都沒有好看的服裝或是帽子,只好用喜氣場景營造年節氣氛。
如果十二生肖有"獅子",我就不用張羅服裝了,大概中秋節後不剪短就好!

今年初一還正巧遇上西洋情人節,還是週末!!!餐飲業大概過年都不能休息了,啊~可以跟家人作息一致真是讚!
我要好好享受~各位朋友們也好好享受9天假期吧!

Aussie's Cyber Friend

Looking familiar? that's not my baby Oz. It's Finnegan!


First, thanks to Finnegan's mom who lets me use this adorable photo on my blog which is about sharing the best things I know about wheatens.

As you know, there are just a few wheaten puppies in Taiwan, I find some other wheatie friends on Flickr, just like people nowadays, Aussie also has her own CYBER friends, this is one of her friends, Finnegan, a beautiful boy from Canada. He is around 4 months older than Aussie. Somehow, I think they look alike, at some angle, or certain poses, just Finn has better grooming, and we are still looking for a talented groomer.

His mom took a lot of fun photos of him, with him going out, having holidays, playing with his puppy friends, etc. I always enjoy his photos.

They might not have the chance to play with each other, but I always show Finn's photos to Aussie and tell her what he has done lately. I call them cyber friends, but my mom says they are more like "photo pals" than pen pals, then I say, maybe "paw pals" if they want to write to each other!

徵詢咱們Oz的家庭醫師&考量未結紮將來可能引起的疾病,我們考慮很久,決定幫Oz結紮。
雖然非常心疼她要挨一刀,總比以後生病後開刀好一點。

首先是術前的禁食;這個集三千寵愛在一身的小狗子,可是讓全家上上下下都替她心疼,老爸當她是孫女,直說沒吃飯喝水好可憐,下班回家第一件事就是看她。因為知道他要手術,原本老媽不給她上沙發,也破例了(我們真的把她當小公主!),還幫她買墊布,可以睡舒服一點,總之,這是我們家的大事。

手術當晚,小小的Oz在學長的照料之下,手術過程非常順利,我&Danny在旁觀看還是非常緊張,也很心疼(想起我小的時候生病,老爸老媽也一樣擔心吧!)甦醒的過程OZ發出撒嬌還有不舒服的聲音,聽得想流淚,心想一定要好好照顧她,別讓她再上手術台,上回焦蟲感染已經讓我夠心疼的了,知道結紮為牠好,但心頭還是會揪一下。

回家時戴了個燈罩,加上手術後的傷口的不適,OZ坐也不是,趴也找不到好角度,只好一直站著,後來發現她趴再我們身上可以稍微獲得一點休息,我跟她爸爸&阿姨就輪流照顧她,睡在沙發上給她躺,隔天她感覺好些,可以自己找舒服的位置睡一下,看她目前不會舔傷口,就把燈罩拆了,Oz心情也因此好多了,晚上開始吃進食,稍微走動。隔天大多是休息,但明顯看出她好多了,見到人回家可以開心搖尾巴,全家也可以放心了。

目前Oz在復原中,可以把飯吃光,可以用她的招牌跳跳舞迎接家人,也可以隔空跟別家的狗狗對話,謝謝關心OZ的朋友們,等OZ完全康復,再跟大家見面出遊。

今天是Christmas Eve,由於忙著照顧OZ,今年沒有特別的活動,我也沒空煮料理,但是Danny,Oz和我一起度過,不也符合聖誕節家人團聚意義嗎?
